Yes. The hall is available for veteran and community events. For individuals who would like to rent the hall there is a requirement to become a member of this Veteran Center.
We have membership forms available at the center for you to complete. The Orange County New York Veteran Center Board reviews and approves memberships. If there are any questions or concerns, a board member will contact the applicant to resolve.
We have a form that must be filled out in advance, and a 50% deposit will ensure the hall is reserved. The date and times desired must be available in order to schedule your event; if only the form is submitted, your event is not reserved. We work on a first deposit; if you indicate you like a particular date and we receive another request for the same date, we will inform you so you can finalize your reservation or it will be forfeited. Veteran events do have priority for scheduling.
The form is available here for you to download, or you can come in for one. After you fill-in the form, you can email it to us or drop it off at the veteran center.
